Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Joost Mackenthun made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Outer Space FC booed when Staffy Terrier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Bentley didn't get a good kick on the ball. Outer Space FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Staffy Terrier FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Manolo Hofmann took the corner. Manolo Hofmann made a great header on Outer Space FC's corner, it was just that Staffy Terrier FC's Harry Housham managed to reach the ball for a save. Joost Mackenthun could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Harry Housham made a huge save. In the 9th minute of the match, Fred Garbe tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Harry Housham saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 10th minute, Mick Newman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute, Fred Garbe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Harry Housham was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Harry Housham showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joost Mackenthun in the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Staffy Terrier FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Thom Warburton hit a great ball. Daryl Basham hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Harry Housham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justin Schaffert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 33 played minutes Staffy Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Mick Newman. In the 35th minute, one of Outer Space FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Outer Space FC. 36 minutes into the game, Charlie Cheeseman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Hemmo Bielstein was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Staffy Terrier FC's goalkeeper Harry Housham, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joost Mackenthun in the 44th minute of play forced Staffy Terrier FC's goalkeeper Harry Housham to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Charlie Cheeseman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Charlie Cheeseman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 58th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Outer Space FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Daryl Basham scored to the left of an out of position Hemmo Bielstein, making the score, 2-2. Harry Housham made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joost Mackenthun in the 65th minute of play. When Outer Space FC's Joost Mackenthun in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Staffy Terrier FC's goalie prevented a goal. Harry Housham came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Outer Space FC's Joost Mackenthun. But to his dismay, Joost Mackenthun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. In the 70th minute Justin Schaffert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harry Housham saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Rafael Pöhnl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Outer Space FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rafael Pöhnl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Albert Bentley's late challenge caught a Outer Space FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Albert Bentley helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes Staffy Terrier FC got a freekick which was hit by Albert Bentley. A collision led to Staffy Terrier FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Albert Bentley hit a great ball. Manfred Diem took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Harry Housham. Staffy Terrier FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Harry Housham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joost Mackenthun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Staffy Terrier FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joost Mackenthun came free, but Harry Housham reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Outer Space FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
