In the 41st minute Mustafa Kemal Özgunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Guillelmus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Boni kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Derviş Türkmen to make the kick off. If Alaaddin Seralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Guillelmus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alaaddin Seralp, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emiliano Guillelmus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Kemal Özgunes in the 56th minute of the match. If Alaaddin Seralp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tümer Erdönmez kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Marcelino Boni notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Indiana University's Tahir Beyhan. Tahir Beyhan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Knight Of Dawn getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Albino Eriz hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Kemal Özgunes in the 77th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Emiliano Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Kemal Özgunes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emiliano Guillelmus came out and tried to block the shot, but Mustafa Kemal Özgunes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 80th minute. A collision led to Knight Of Dawn getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Andres Ellande hit a great ball. Emiliano Guillelmus came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Indiana University's Mustafa Kemal Özgunes. But to his dismay, Mustafa Kemal Özgunes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 93 minutes into the match, Indiana University's goal looked a bit too open when Nunez Tonio came free, but Tahir Beyhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Derviş Türkmen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Emiliano Guillelmus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Indiana University could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Knight Of Dawn throughout the match.
