The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Húsares's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W the free kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tytus Huchro got free with Paolo Aresti in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 15 minutes into the game, Jaroslaw Laba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Paolo Aresti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Wasyl Mindykowski hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Olgierd Rozanski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Timoteo Gerazan in the 26th minute of play. If Amancio Dantae had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Tytus Huchro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Paolo Aresti. That made the score 2-1 after 30 minutes of play. 33 minutes into the match, Húsares's goal looked a bit too open when Wojciech Kosiorek came free, but Paolo Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jaroslaw Laba took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Aresti. Paolo Aresti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 40th minute Timoteo Gerazan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olgierd Rozanski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Olgierd Rozanski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Dantae in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the game, Timoteo Gerazan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Olgierd Rozanski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Gerazan to make the kick off. Teo Cucao struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Olgierd Rozanski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Húsares. Paolo Aresti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Gongola in the 62nd minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Wojciech Kosiorek nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Aresti made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-2. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Wojciech Kosiorek put it in 6-2 from a short distance just to the right of Paolo Aresti. Tytus Huchro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Aresti having to interfere. Hieronim Hodyl charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hieronim Hodyl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Wojciech Kosiorek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Aresti was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Paolo Aresti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Szczepan Gongola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Aresti came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Tytus Huchro. But to his dismay, Tytus Huchro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. The supporters of Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W booed when Húsares was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teo Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Húsares's goal looked a bit too open when Szczepan Gongola came free, but Paolo Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Húsares defense, Szczepan Gongola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Aresti. The Húsares fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Aresti should have stopped the shot. Paolo Aresti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Gongola in the 96th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W had played much better football throughout.
