Gaston Vidal charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaston Vidal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Gaston Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Orvar Gullesson from long distance, 30 minutes into the match, got Esteve Rufo's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 32 minutes into the game, Aleksander Blomkvist was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Firma Barnängen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Milán the free kick. Gavino Furtado scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Walter Torstensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The shot was stopped by Esteve Rufo but with some difficulty. 45 minutes into the game, Silvestre Otsoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter de Milán's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Firma Barnängen the free kick. After 45 played minutes Inter de Milán got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Otsoa. Esteve Rufo made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Hubert Klack sent off a good shot on target. Karl-Michael Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Esteve Rufo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Andres Kismi made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Michael Jansson in the 52nd minute of play forced Inter de Milán's goalkeeper Esteve Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteve Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hubert Klack in the 62nd minute of the match. Firma Barnängen's Walter Torstensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Kismi in the 69th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Andres Kismi in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Torstensson saved Firma Barnängen from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Andres Kismi put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Walter Torstensson. Esteve Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Michael Jansson in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Inter de Milán getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Javier Frantzes hit a great ball. In the 78th minute Hubert Klack shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Inter de Milán's goalkeeper Esteve Rufo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Esteve Rufo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Michael Jansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Inter de Milán's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
