Geovanildo Mendi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Krzysztof Sikola in the 9th minute of the match. Elano Coutinho scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Konrad Cieliczka, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Magno Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vila Zumbi - Férias's protests and gave Magno Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vila Zumbi - Férias's Magno Moreira got a free kick in the 15th minute. Elano Coutinho took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Konrad Cieliczka. Konrad Cieliczka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Konrad Cieliczka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Coutinho in the 61st minute of play. Geovanildo Cannavaro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Konrad Cieliczka made a huge save. Iwo Barna's late challenge caught a Vila Zumbi - Férias's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iwo Barna helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Iwo Barna got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Konrad Cieliczka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magno Moreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. 85 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goalkeeper Konrad Cieliczka had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Magno Moreira. A hard shot by Magno Moreira from long distance, 87 minutes into the match, got Konrad Cieliczka's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Magno Moreira scored to the left of an out of position Konrad Cieliczka, making the score, 1-5. Magno Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Konrad Cieliczka made a huge save. The Vila Zumbi - Férias supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Vila Zumbi - Férias would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
