In the 14th minute Roland Gniech shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roland Gniechs short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Eurico Arantes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 21 minutes into the match, KS Bozywerek's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastião Furtado came free, but Hugon Panasewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eurico Arantes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Drapinski in the 27th minute of play. Zé Augusto Cruz hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After 30 minutes, Cyryl Pankiewicz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KS Bozywerek and the GLADIADORES players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GLADIADORES booed when KS Bozywerek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cyryl Pankiewicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zé Augusto Cruz took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugon Panasewicz. Hugon Panasewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. KS Bozywerek's Hugon Panasewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rony Gerber in the 37th minute of play. Pedro Paulo da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Hugon Panasewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

GLADIADORES's Ronaldinho Bittencourt was substituted for Rubens Monteiro. Sebastião Furtado came free with the goalkeeper in the 60th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hugon Panasewicz could save by the left post. Enio Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Eurico Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roland Gniech in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Edgar Piwowarski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GLADIADORES's Eurico Arantes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Sebastião Furtado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Hugon Panasewicz. That made the score 0-4 in the 69 minute of play. In the 73rd minute Wieslaw Drapinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eurico Arantes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Sebastião Furtado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugon Panasewicz. KS Bozywerek's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastião Furtado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Sebastião Furtado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hugon Panasewicz firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Piwowarski in the 82nd minute of play forced GLADIADORES's goalkeeper Eurico Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
