Datuk Barkawi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Picanya FC booed when AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Datuk Barkawi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chandra Effendy struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Humberto Alonso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC. Xuan Zabalo kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute of the match Datuk Barkawi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Humberto Alonso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 15th minute, Leysus Latuihamalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 21 minutes into the match, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adán Justo came free, but Maruli Mandaga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute, Otang Haruman made a precise shot to the right of Humberto Alonso. Picanya FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Humberto Alonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otang Haruman in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chandra Effendy in the 38th minute of play forced Picanya FC's goalkeeper Humberto Alonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leysus Latuihamalo to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Encang Bachdim got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th match minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Encang Bachdim to maneuver through the defense. After 76 played minutes, Picanya FC's Xuan Zabalo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Maruli Mandaga came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Picanya FC reached it. Padro Cordoba took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maruli Mandaga. Maruli Mandaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Jahfal Soedomo fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's protests and gave Jahfal Soedomo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th minute, Jahfal Soedomo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Adán Justo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Humberto Alonso managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Leysus Latuihamalo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Victorio Ferrer took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maruli Mandaga. Maruli Mandaga dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Picanya FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
