The supporters of NovaStella FK booed when Gondor FC™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Šećer Pejović didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dragoljub Sakibović showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Gunnarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Edward Julin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dragoljub Sakibović. Gondor FC™'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edward Julin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferid Habibović got free with Jarl Isaksson in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 24th match minute, Gondor FC™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nazif Ahmetović to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Perica Tadić lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Jarl Isaksson. 47 minutes into the match, Gondor FC™'s goal looked a bit too open when Edward Julin came free, but Dragoljub Sakibović reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Gondor FC™ made a substitution. Dalibor Smajlagić replaced Zumbul Julić. The wind increased when Perica Tadić made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gondor FC™'s Dalibor Smajlagić got a free kick in the 59th minute. Gondor FC™'s Ilderin Primorac was substituted for Burhan Prlić. After 61 played minutes Gondor FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Dalibor Smajlagić. 62 minutes into the game, Ekrem Majdić was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gondor FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NovaStella FK the free kick. A collision led to Gondor FC™ getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Ekrem Majdić hit a great ball. In the 63rd minute, Ekrem Majdić hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 minutes of play, Gondor FC™'s Aragorn King made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarl Isaksson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aragorn King sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Jarl Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aragorn King, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes NovaStella FK got a freekick which was hit by Ingvar Håkansson. The audience was convinced that Aragorn King's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Isaksson was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Jarl Isaksson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aragorn King went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score.
