Iustinian Ionescu started the match with the kick off. In the 2nd minute, Vali Buteanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 7th minute, Egídio Vaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marian Morovan. The goal made the score 1-0. Marian Morovan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vito Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 10 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Nova Era's Egídio Vaz fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Gildo Viana struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Marian Morovan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Era. Marian Morovan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nova Era's Didi Vergílio was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 17th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Didi Vergílio struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Marian Morovan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nova Era. Marian Morovan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Egídio Vaz, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute, Vito Freire made a precise shot to the right of Marian Morovan. BVB 09's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. With a little luck, BVB 09's Marian Morovan got control of the ball when Egídio Vaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 45 played minutes BVB 09 got a freekick which was hit by Lucrețiu Jitaru.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Egídio Vaz made a kick off. Jailson Leão hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Marian Morovan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hílton Cabral in the 54th minute of play. Marian Morovan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Didi Vergílio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ciprian Moldovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 76 minutes of play, Nova Era's Didi Vergílio made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marian Morovan was left in no man's land by his defense there! BVB 09's Marian Morovan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Vergílio in the 80th minute of play. Fernandão Cardozo's late challenge caught a BVB 09's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernandão Cardozo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute, one of Nova Era:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Nova Era. Alfredo Macedo had in the 82ndth minute some difficulties stopping Daniel Maghiar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Vali Buteanu kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Vergílio in the 93rd minute of play forced BVB 09's goalkeeper Marian Morovan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Nova Era players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
