Marcos Onofre really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Marcos Onofre lined in a short shot 3-0 behind a frustrated Epifanio Benet. In the 17th minute, Andres Millan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22ndth minute of the game Marcos Onofre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but chacarita juniors's Epifanio Benet was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute Victorio Kismi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Benet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcos Onofre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Epifanio Benet made a huge save. In the 27th match minute, MDQ Raptors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Generoso Menendo to maneuver through the defense. In the 29th minute Omar Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Tristan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mateo Manny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to MDQ Raptors FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Benito Demesio hit a great ball. chacarita juniors's Epifanio Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Kismi in the 36th minute of play. Epifanio Benet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcial Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, Andres Millan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. chacarita juniors's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcos Onofre 43 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 5-0. Marcial Refugio took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Epifanio Benet. Epifanio Benet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Onofre to strike the kick off in the second half. chacarita juniors's Epifanio Benet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Onofre in the 55th minute of play. 57 minutes into the match, chacarita juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Onofre came free, but Epifanio Benet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 62 minutes, Edgard Cordarin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the chacarita juniors and the MDQ Raptors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The chacarita juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Benet should have stopped the shot. The supporters of MDQ Raptors FC booed when chacarita juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andres Millan didn't get a good kick on the ball.
