In the 22nd minute, Endrick Yu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 苏霖强 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Åke Jansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 30th minute of the game was made by Ove Rolandsson with Alvin Forsberg as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 32nd minute of the game, Nils Albohm landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by 赵洋斌 during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Råbi FF's Stig-Arne Brask was substituted for Nils Albohm. Jack Siggman was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Evan Ferguson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Evan Ferguson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Endrick Yu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 39thth minute tested the skills of Jack Siggman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jack Siggman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Evan Ferguson, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 42nd minute, Endrick Yu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 49 minutes Råbi FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 钱洲坚 who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Råbi FF's goalie and right to 郝星义. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Råbi FF's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Evan Ferguson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
