Aureo Mazuelas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olívio Salgado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Centinela Español FC's Marc Lanchares got a free kick in the 8th minute. Aureo Mazuelas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Garcez in the 9th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Cristián Laferte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 18 played minutes Centinela Español FC got a freekick which was hit by Luis Angel Fraga. David Garcez succeeded in the game's 23rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Lucílio Aveiro's late challenge caught a Centinela Español FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucílio Aveiro helped the player get up and apologised. Abílio Castelo Branco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristián Laferte in the 32nd minute of the match. Aureo Mazuelas was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and David Garcez capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. David Garcez really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Lucílio Aveiro was shown his second yellow card after 47 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Centinela Español FC booed when Bacardi Black Bats was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucílio Aveiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Garcez was the one to do the kick off. Bacardi Black Bats's Abílio Castelo Branco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Bacardi Black Bats from getting a goal against them. If David Garcez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 65 minutes into the game, Óscar Festas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bacardi Black Bats's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Centinela Español FC the free kick. Abílio Castelo Branco was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Norino Huaiquipan. Óscar Festas got his second yellow card in the match during the 70th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 70th match minute, Bacardi Black Bats was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Óscar Festas to maneuver through the defense. Olívio Salgado struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Aureo Mazuelas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bacardi Black Bats. Nuno Vasconcelos kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute of the match Gaspar Gacitúa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abílio Castelo Branco skillfully saved the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bacardi Black Bats fully deserved thier win.
