After a rather tough play, U.C.MILÁN's Ezmundo Aicardi got a free kick in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sarracino Ser in the 22nd minute of play forced U.C.MILÁN's goalkeeper Rafael Maria Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, Silvino Ferreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The U.C.MILÁN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 28 minutes into the game, U.C.MILÁN's Silvino Ferreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Oliviero Bono made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Mercé Illescas's late challenge caught a GreenUnited's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mercé Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of GreenUnited booed when U.C.MILÁN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mercé Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teo Estevis kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. When Mercé Illescas was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 46 minutes had been played. In the 46th minute, Mercé Illescas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Taibo to make the kick off. In the 55th minute Virgilio Taibo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oliviero Bono saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Fulgencio Goyeneche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Taibo struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Oliviero Bono didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.C.MILÁN. After 68 minutes, Teo Estevis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GreenUnited and the U.C.MILÁN players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 68 played minutes GreenUnited got a freekick which was hit by Teo Estevis. Fresco Bengochea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Maria Navarro having to interfere. After 77 minutes, Andoni Duarte made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. GreenUnited's Oliviero Bono tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of GreenUnited booed when U.C.MILÁN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvino Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis María Socho kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Teo Angeles got a free kick in the 86th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Sarracino Ser was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GreenUnited's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave U.C.MILÁN the free kick. Teo Estevis hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. 97 minutes into the match, GreenUnited's goal looked a bit too open when Rubén Lillo came free, but Oliviero Bono reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GreenUnited's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
