After a rather tough play, Topsail's Rogelio Mallory got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Eraldo Rago came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Weltevedren fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eraldo Rago couldn't finish the play. Fabrice Dunn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Biagio Scatena made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Weltevedren's Achille Pellecchia got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 23 minutes into the match, Fabrice Dunn notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Weltevedren's Biagio Scatena. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabrice Dunn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eraldo Rago got free with Eldridge Talon in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Amedeo Guerrini charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
