After 14 minutes, Nuno Azevedo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SRP-Laguna and the RED DEVIL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in SRP-Laguna fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 14th minute. Penalty! With his leg Casimiro Tristan managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when SRP-Laguna's Nelsinho Mendes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Ivan Pueblo fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Danilo Magalhães in the 87th minute of play forced RED DEVIL's goalkeeper Casimiro Tristan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute Efrain Evis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edu Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The SRP-Laguna fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. RED DEVIL were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
