Delmar Jaume started the match with the kick off. Vicente Oihan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nektarios Korakakis in the 3rd minute of play. Nektarios Korakakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vicente Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nektarios Korakakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alekos Keramidas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vakoufi Utd's Charilaos Mazonakis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Delmar Jaume in the 13th minute of play. Charilaos Mazonakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vladimiro Lleir, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 21 minutes into the game, Jorge Kepa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. • REGINA •'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vakoufi Utd the free kick. Jorge Kepa kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Akis Nafpliotis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Oihan having to interfere. If Vladimiro Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panos Kalofolias charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Panos Kalofolias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of • REGINA • booed when Vakoufi Utd was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Kalofolias didn't get a good kick on the ball. • REGINA •'s Vicente Oihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Akis Nafpliotis in the 39th minute of play. Vicente Oihan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nektarios Korakakis in the 41st minute of play. If Gabriel Goito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charilaos Mazonakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nektarios Korakakis made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nektarios Korakakis got free with Vicente Oihan in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Vakoufi Utd booed when • REGINA • was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rolando Polentzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Vakoufi Utd getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Alekos Keramidas hit a great ball. Vakoufi Utd's Nektarios Korakakis got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. • REGINA •'s Vicente Oihan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nektarios Korakakis in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd minute Akis Nafpliotis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Oihan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gabriel Goito kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Nektarios Korakakis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Panos Kalofolias hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute of the match Rolando Polentzi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charilaos Mazonakis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Vakoufi Utd defense, Delmar Jaume kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Charilaos Mazonakis. The Vakoufi Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Charilaos Mazonakis should have stopped the shot. When Delmar Jaume came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the • REGINA • fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Delmar Jaume couldn't finish the play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The • REGINA • fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vakoufi Utd had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
