Lino Maore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Simeoni, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Anibal Eutropio took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fabrizio Coccia. Fabrizio Coccia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Fedele Pellicciotta hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Jairo Paskal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Slakun FC's goalkeeper Lino Maore had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dave Malatesta. Lino Maore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfonso Simeoni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Slakun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Paskal to maneuver through the defense. After 31 minutes, Paulino Rosio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Slakun FC and the Infami di Canaus players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Slakun FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulino Rosio. After 32 played minutes Infami di Canaus got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Simeoni. Fabrizio Coccia came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by Slakun FC's Anibal Eutropio. But to his dismay, Anibal Eutropio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Slakun FC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Jairo Paskal made the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jairo Paskal during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Infami di Canaus getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Elia Di Lorenzo hit a great ball. Davide Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 61st minute, Jacobo Arano fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fabrizio Coccia, passed just outside the right post. In the 64thth minute of the game Dave Malatesta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Slakun FC's Lino Maore was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jairo Paskal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 69th minute, Elia Di Lorenzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dave Malatesta in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lino Maore prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th match minute, Infami di Canaus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Davide Miranda to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anibal Eutropio in the 76th minute of play forced Infami di Canaus's goalkeeper Fabrizio Coccia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 78th minute Dave Malatesta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dave Malatesta in the 81st minute of play forced Slakun FC's goalkeeper Lino Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dave Malatesta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Maore having to interfere. Jairo Paskal got his second yellow card in the match during the 89th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 90th match minute, Slakun FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jairo Paskal to maneuver through the defense. Lino Maore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dave Malatesta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fedele Pellicciotta scored 2-2 in the 99th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lino Maore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
