The audience thought a goal was coming when 卓坚昂 got free with Fausto Elazar in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 高翀海 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Virgilio Romildo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the 安徽纵横距离 defense, Virgilio Romildo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 高翀海. But to his dismay, Virgilio Romildo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 46 minutes into the match, 安徽纵横距离's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Avellaneda came free, but 高翀海 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgilio Romildo to make the kick off. In the 66th minute of the match, Rodolfo Florin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but 高翀海 saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 高翀海 made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Virgilio Romildo sent off a good shot on target. Fausto Elazar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 卓坚昂, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. In the 94th minute 卓坚昂 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Elazar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Albiceleste F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than 安徽纵横距离.
