Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Camillo Bocchi started the match with the kick off. Viviano Despouy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Biagio Lampa in the 4th minute of the match. A collision led to Talcampeón FC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Apolo Ulibarrigamboa hit a great ball. A hard shot by Dario Lepre from long distance, 11 minutes into the match, got Viviano Despouy's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After having played for 13 minutes, Camillo Bocchi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Mims's supporters crossed their fingers, but Camillo Bocchi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zelipe Perales kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Fernán Parga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talcampeón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernán Parga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armin Pozzo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Biagio Lampa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viviano Despouy having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Ferdinando Egger got a free kick in the 30th minute. Arturo Florio kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Apolo Ulibarrigamboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, FC Mims's Dario Lepre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Viviano Despouy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Aurelio Brambilla fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Mims's protests and gave Aurelio Brambilla a yellow card for diving instead. After 39 played minutes FC Mims got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Brambilla. With a little luck, Talcampeón FC's Viviano Despouy got control of the ball when Camillo Bocchi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zelipe Perales was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Apolo Ulibarrigamboa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Armin Pozzo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 65 minutes, Andrés Villaseñor mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talcampeón FC and the FC Mims players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 65th minute, Andrés Villaseñor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Talcampeón FC's Zelipe Perales slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Armin Pozzo. That made the score 0-2 after 67 minutes of play. Armin Pozzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zelipe Perales, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Viviano Despouy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camillo Bocchi in the 85th minute of play. The supporters of Talcampeón FC booed when FC Mims was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Lepre didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd play minute Zelipe Perales came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Armin Pozzo. 0-3. The Talcampeón FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Talcampeón FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
