After some careless play in the Aguila Romana defense, Hugo Quilo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Niva. The Aguila Romana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Niva should have stopped the shot. Juan Martínez kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Gaston Niva was a little too slow when Hilario Turi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 15th minute. The score was now 2-0. Juan Martínez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Belasko having to interfere. 21 minutes into the game, Victorio Geofredo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aguila Romana's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crottos Crotters F.C. the free kick. In the 22nd minute, Hugo Quilo made a precise shot to the right of Gaston Niva. Aguila Romana's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 27th match minute, Crottos Crotters F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Atarratze to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Crottos Crotters F.C. booed when Aguila Romana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Martínez didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hilario Turi got free with Gaston Niva in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Fabian Remir notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Aguila Romana's Gaston Niva. Gaston Niva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 41 minutes, Fabian Remir managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Remir was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juan Martínez to make the kick off. A collision led to Aguila Romana getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Delmiro Rafel hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hugo Quilo in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaston Niva saved Aguila Romana from getting behind. In the 63rd minute, Juan Martínez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Crottos Crotters F.C. booed when Aguila Romana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Delmiro Rafel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s Timoteo Baldovino was substituted for Hugo Quilo. Crottos Crotters F.C. made a substitution. Gaudencio Servando replaced Ciriaco Erramu. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Baldovino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaston Niva was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 81st match minute, Aguila Romana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Geofredo to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Timoteo Baldovino notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Aguila Romana's Gaston Niva. Gaston Niva was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timoteo Baldovino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Aguila Romana defense, Hilario Turi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaston Niva. The Aguila Romana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Niva should have stopped the shot. In the 91st match minute, Aguila Romana was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elvio Bernal to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aguila Romana's zone, Fabian Remir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Niva came out of the goal and Fabian Remir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Timoteo Baldovino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaston Niva was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Crottos Crotters F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
