Ercan Salar started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the game, Serter İhtişam cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Sabri Fouquet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. mesehor FC's İhsan Ersal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pierre-Antoine Mariette in the 12th minute of play. After 16 played minutes La Pointe Courte got a freekick which was hit by Yann Segond. 18 minutes into the match, Rüknettin Suavi notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of La Pointe Courte's Sabri Fouquet. Sabri Fouquet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mathis Castella hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. If Remzi Kumanbay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. İhsan Ersal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thibaut Mazieres in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the La Pointe Courte defense, Serter İhtişam kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sabri Fouquet. The La Pointe Courte fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sabri Fouquet should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in La Pointe Courte's zone, Ercan Salar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sabri Fouquet came out of the goal and Ercan Salar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Thibaut Mazieres made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mathis Castella to maneuver through the defense. Dominique Virapin hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. When mesehor FC's Ercan Salar in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Pointe Courte's goalie prevented a goal. When Pierre-Antoine Mariette fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Pointe Courte's protests and gave Pierre-Antoine Mariette a yellow card for diving instead. After 69 played minutes mesehor FC got a freekick which was hit by Seyfi Çetinalp. Ercan Salar hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Thibaut Mazieres had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of İhsan Ersal. mesehor FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Thibaut Mazieres was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Jean-Pascal Hingant hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Remzi Kumanbay, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After some careless play in the mesehor FC defense, Pierre-Antoine Mariette kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of İhsan Ersal. The mesehor FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that İhsan Ersal should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute Serter İhtişam shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabri Fouquet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Serter İhtişam got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the La Pointe Courte players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for mesehor FC.
