In the 32nd match minute, Baby Snakes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stuart Ward to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Silvano Ariztegui managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Baby Snakes's Stuart Ward fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 37th minute Stuart Ward shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvano Ariztegui saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Silvano Ariztegui took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stuart Ward, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Munio Azaceta to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Baby Snakes's Nick Cavanagh got control of the ball when Everardo Bellogin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Baby Snakes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Munio Azaceta scored to the left of an out of position Nick Cavanagh, making the score, 0-1. Nick Cavanagh made an important save on a dangerous shot by Everardo Bellogin in the 80th minute. Enrico Fermi was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 87 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, one of Baby Snakes:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 96th minute, Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's Munio Azaceta ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nick Cavanagh. Nick Cavanagh yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2.
