The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frances Nunez during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 20th match minute, VALPICA C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frances Nunez to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the game, CD Boiro's Roberto Martínez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Walme Ortega showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quique Bacete in the 39th minute of the match. With a little luck, VALPICA C.F.'s Rodrigo Ramos got control of the ball when Adán Cuevas tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, VALPICA C.F.'s Frances Nunez got a free kick in the 41st minute. Frances Nunez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute, Frances Nunez made a precise shot to the right of Walme Ortega. CD Boiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernando De la Rosa in the 68th minute of play forced CD Boiro's goalkeeper Walme Ortega to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, CD Boiro's goalkeeper Walme Ortega had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frances Nunez. After a rather tough play, VALPICA C.F.'s Asier Canal got a free kick in the 75th minute. A collision led to CD Boiro getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lawrence Canosa hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Frances Nunez managed to get in a good position for a shot. VALPICA C.F.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Frances Nunez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Walme Ortega breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Asier Canal hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Ramirez in the 95th minute of play forced VALPICA C.F.'s goalkeeper Rodrigo Ramos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walme Ortega made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frances Nunez in the 99th minute.
