Buffalo Timişoara's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonard Caragea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbyszko Drapinski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Victor Pandrea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zbyszko Drapinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Caragea went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Pandrea in the 79th minute of play forced Westbam's goalkeeper Zbyszko Drapinski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Zbyszek Paprotny suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Ivan Balint charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Pandrea couldn't finish the play. Wasyl Zahemski kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Buffalo Timişoara's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
