Mosqueteiros 4EVER's Samuca da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ion Şimonca in the 14th minute of play. FC Buzău's Mădălin Cârnațiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Sabóia in the 18th minute of play. Raúl Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Mădălin Cârnațiu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Mosqueteiros 4EVER getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Germano Sabóia hit a great ball. Eduard Zgondea took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuca da Costa. Samuca da Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 35th minute, Emanuel Cernat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuca da Costa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. In the 39th minute Eduard Zgondea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca da Costa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maurício Braga hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Samuca da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ion Şimonca's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edgar Veloso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Eduard Zgondea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Samuca da Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ion Şimonca in the 56th minute of play forced Mosqueteiros 4EVER's goalkeeper Samuca da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Doru Apostol's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Samuca da Costa firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cătălin Rogozea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuca da Costa having to interfere. In the 68th minute, FC Buzău's Eduard Zgondea ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Samuca da Costa. Samuca da Costa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. FC Buzău's Ciprian Țâpu got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ciprian Țâpu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Samuca da Costa made a huge save. Samuca da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ion Şimonca in the 76th minute of the match. Samuca da Costa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ion Şimonca went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Mihăiţă Andrițoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Buzău's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihăiţă Andrițoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Samuca da Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raúl Sá's late challenge caught a FC Buzău's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raúl Sá helped the player get up and apologised. Raúl Sá hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Buzău's Eduard Zgondea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Samuca da Costa. That made the score 1-7 after 93 minutes of play. FC Buzău's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
