An unexpectedly hard shot by Dariusz Tyski in the 10th minute of play forced DINAMO's goalkeeper Marcel Anisie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Izydor Walec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Greblă, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin were furious when Stefan Dembkowski was red carded, 20 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 24 minutes into the match, David Greblă notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Izydor Walec. Izydor Walec was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dariusz Tyski had several of the DINAMO's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 29 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-1 score and a disappointed Marcel Anisie as he didn't even see the shot coming. Zbyszek Ludwiczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Marcel Anisie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Dariusz Tyski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. Maxim Doinaș hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 39 minutes into the match, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Witomir Marczyniec broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind DINAMO's goalkeeper Marcel Anisie, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Șerban Damian was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by Basarab Bâlea. After a defensive mix-up in DINAMO's zone, Zbyszek Ludwiczak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcel Anisie came out of the goal and Zbyszek Ludwiczak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Dariusz Tyski in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience was convinced that Dariusz Tyski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcel Anisie was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. Marcel Anisie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Boruc Jaks went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Franciszek Pilarczyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Șerban Damian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugon Drab's late challenge caught a DINAMO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hugon Drab helped the player get up and apologised. Hugon Drab kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Boguslaw Wodaszak was substituted for Hugon Drab. In the 74th match minute, Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugon Drab to maneuver through the defense. If Dariusz Tyski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcel Anisie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boruc Jaks in the 80th minute of play. After 83 played minutes DINAMO got a freekick which was hit by David Greblă. When Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin's Dariusz Tyski in the 85th minute got a chance for a shot 85th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Grabo POGOŃ MKS Szczecin had played much better football throughout.
