Zenaido Ayerza scored 0-3 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nuno Bittencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gugu Alves hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 23 minutes into the game, Fire Breathers FC's Fidensio Arranz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nuno Bittencourt was a little too slow when Leopoldo Cajigal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 66th minute. The score was now 0-9. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Solustiano Tudela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fire Breathers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Solustiano Tudela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nuno Bittencourt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind Santos City's goalkeeper Nuno Bittencourt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Celsinho Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Solustiano Tudela received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Nuno Bittencourt came out and tried to block the shot, but Solustiano Tudela slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 79th minute. Santos City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 87th minute, when Leopoldo Cajigal scored to the left of an out of position Nuno Bittencourt, making the score, 0-11. Nuno Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zenaido Ayerza, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. The supporters of Santos City booed when Fire Breathers FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jatsu Tixido didn't get a good kick on the ball. 95 minutes into the match, Santos City's Edvaldo Bastos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rubio Zumiza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fire Breathers FC played a much better game than Santos City and deserved their victory. The Santos City players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
