Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mateus Quaresma kicked off to start the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidensio Arranz in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Amaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Fidensio Arranz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fire Breathers FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fidensio Arranz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Amaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Fidensio Arranz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Amaro. Ponte do Carro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidensio Arranz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Rubio Zumiza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateus Quaresma. After taking down the ball on Ponte do Carro's corner Lúcio Marques fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rubio Zumiza quite easily take care of the ball. Mateus Quaresma's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rubio Zumiza firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rodrigo Amaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidensio Arranz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute Fidensio Arranz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tauro Almuzara kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Rubio Zumiza made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Mateus Quaresma sent off a good shot on target. Fire Breathers FC's Rubio Zumiza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuno Sanches in the 34th minute of play. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ponte do Carro's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Solustiano Tudela was slow to take the kick. During this time Fire Breathers FC's players had a chance to rest. Solustiano Tudela made a great header on Fire Breathers FC's corner, it was just that Ponte do Carro's Rodrigo Amaro managed to reach the ball for a save. Rodrigo Amaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidensio Arranz in the 40th minute of play. A collision led to Ponte do Carro getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Alexandre Lucena hit a great ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Fidensio Arranz made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Fire Breathers FC got a freekick which was hit by Leopoldo Cajigal. In the 54th minute Fidensio Arranz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Amaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Rodrigo Amaro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Cajigal. In the 60th match minute, Ponte do Carro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Sanches to maneuver through the defense. After 61 played minutes Ponte do Carro got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Sanches. Rodrigo Amaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidensio Arranz in the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes Ponte do Carro got a freekick which was hit by Lúcio Marques. When Fidensio Arranz came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Fire Breathers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidensio Arranz couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, Mateus Quaresma ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rubio Zumiza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fidensio Arranz in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidensio Arranz in the 79th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Rodrigo Amaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodrigo Amaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fidensio Arranz in the 80th minute. After a rather tough play, Fire Breathers FC's Jatsu Tixido got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fire Breathers FC's goalkeeper Rubio Zumiza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 95 minutes into the match, Fire Breathers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alexandre Lucena came free, but Rubio Zumiza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
