The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Elequemedo got free with Oscar Alströmer in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 10th minute, Ulises Elequemedo made a precise shot to the right of Oscar Alströmer. The Green Fairies's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 13th minute, Vipos FC's Ulises Elequemedo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Ulises Elequemedo scored 3-0 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Oscar Alströmer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stig-Ove Hultin's late challenge caught a Vipos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stig-Ove Hultin helped the player get up and apologised. Oscar Alströmer stood somewhat misplaced when Ulises Elequemedo came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 30 minute. In the 35th minute, Vipos FC's Ulises Elequemedo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Oscar Alströmer. Oscar Alströmer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. In the 37th minute, Valentin Tanio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vinicio Oskitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harry Ekgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 44 minutes into the game, Braulio Chesus was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vipos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Green Fairies the free kick. Braulio Chesus hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Artemio Rojelio fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vipos FC's protests and gave Artemio Rojelio a yellow card for diving instead. 47 minutes into the game, one of Vipos FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulises Elequemedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oscar Alströmer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ulises Elequemedo's shot from short distance in the 83rd minute.
