Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Marcelino Batista successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 11 minutes, Bjarne Brudvik took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Marcelino Batista to make any attempt to save it. In the 20th minute, Cornelio Oinaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute Bjarne Brudvik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Batista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelino Batista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kristian Fadnes in the 24th minute of the match. Steinar Georgsen took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelino Batista. Stein Bolstad hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st minute, Cornelio Oinaz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Andino Sport Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Marcelino Batista didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gjermund Engeset went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bjarne Brudvik to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, Gjermund Engeset was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bårjåsnjárgga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Andino Sport Club the free kick.
