América-SC F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Henrique was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bedirhan Sertel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luís Henrique to make the kick off. Bedirhan Sertel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Glauco Paraibano in the 51st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, José Pedro de Moraes took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Bedirhan Sertel to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 64 minutes, Nando Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. América-SC F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Nando Zonta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Frederico Siqueira kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bedirhan Sertel. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elias Palmeira got free with Bedirhan Sertel in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bedirhan Sertel was a little too slow when Frederico Siqueira got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 0-7. ☝️ JÖH ☝️'s Bedirhan Sertel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederico Siqueira in the 88th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Frederico Siqueira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bedirhan Sertel. ☝️ JÖH ☝️'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Frederico Siqueira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Bedirhan Sertel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Palmeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the final whistle sounded América-SC F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than ☝️ JÖH ☝️.
