Monte Lobato tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 28th minute, Rogério Macena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Andres Machado was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Monte Lobato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arsenio Bembe, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Tasso FC's attentive Alfredo Correia managed to snatch the ball when Baldomero Chumo made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. In the 42nd match minute, Tasso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Correia to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rogério Macena made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Edgar Gama managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasso FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgar Gama was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Alfredo Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tasso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FMArgentina the free kick. A collision led to Tasso FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Alfredo Correia hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the Tasso FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
