Batalionul U23 Dorobanti's Avram Ştercă played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Therkel Norstrand in the 39th minute of play. In the 46th minute, Nichifor Dumitrescu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Handi Ball. The goal made the score 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Therkel Norstrand made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Vestegnens Betonhelte booed when Batalionul U23 Dorobanti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Handi Ball prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
