Sergio Gutierrez came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Ronaldinho Alcântara. But to his dismay, Ronaldinho Alcântara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After a rather tough play, ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Jonathan De Diego got a free kick in the 12th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Aloísio de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio de Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Gutierrez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 25th match minute, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. The ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s Beto Centella looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Pérez in the 30th minute of play forced BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper Franklin Negri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Marques hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Franklin Negri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elias Paredes in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 41st minute Beto Centella shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franklin Negri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Elias Paredes took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Franklin Negri. Franklin Negri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 58th minute, Elias Paredes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Rolando Pérez took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for Franklin Negri to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Jaime Calderón hit a great ball. Sergio Gutierrez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 79 minutes into the game, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Zé Carlos Sarmento nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sergio Gutierrez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-4. In the 87th match minute, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enio de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes, BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Ronaldinho Alcântara shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sergio Gutierrez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aloísio de Brito in the 94th minute of play forced ►Las Mercedes F.C◄'s goalkeeper Sergio Gutierrez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ►Las Mercedes F.C◄ were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
