Pedrinho Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pedrinho Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pedrinho Ramos hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 14 minutes into the match, FC MatriX's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Trigo came free, but Tõnu Vainamäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Helger Paukson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carlos Alberto Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Roland Kobakäpp mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC MatriX and the Vila Industrial FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to FC MatriX getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Roland Kobakäpp hit a great ball. Rafael Cavalcante struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Tõnu Vainamäe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vila Industrial FC. Carlos Alberto Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Tõnu Vainamäe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Janari Karbos short, quick shot in the 47thth minute got Doni Velloso to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rafael Cavalcante to strike the kick off in the second half. Washington Gerber hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Jeferson Trigo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tõnu Vainamäe having to interfere. Hubert Mustakivi hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. FC MatriX's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
