When Dr Lecter SC's Albertinho Albuquerque in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FA Sandtown's goalie prevented a goal. 12 minutes into the match, Albertinho Albuquerque notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of FA Sandtown's Stefan Lukasik. After some careless play in the FA Sandtown defense, André Galvão kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Lukasik. The FA Sandtown fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Lukasik should have stopped the shot. Remigiusz Malicki hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After 34 minutes of play, Dr Lecter SC's Samuca Faria made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stefan Lukasik was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Siembab in the 37th minute of play forced Dr Lecter SC's goalkeeper César Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan Kicia was the one to do the kick off. Stefan Lukasik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuca Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FA Sandtown defense, Dave Lombardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Lukasik. Stefan Lukasik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Stefan Lukasik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from André Galvão, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th match minute, FA Sandtown was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wiktor Siembab to maneuver through the defense. FA Sandtown's Stefan Lukasik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save FA Sandtown from getting a goal against them. In the 93rd minute Albertinho Albuquerque shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Lukasik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's goalkeeper Stefan Lukasik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Galvão. In the 96thth minute of the game Albertinho Albuquerque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FA Sandtown's Stefan Lukasik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dr Lecter SC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
