Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Conal Knight-Percival took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 3 played minutes Ampthill FC got a freekick which was hit by Dean Verity. In the 11th match minute, Ampthill FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ozzy Etherington to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes Meerkats FC got a freekick which was hit by Nathan Sant. Daniel Seracino Inglott showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conal Knight-Percival in the 20th minute of the match. Glenn Tabone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zack Whittaker having to interfere. Crispin Sherwood kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ampthill FC's Conal Knight-Percival got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Meerkats FC's Stephen Saliba got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Glenn Tabone blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zack Whittaker having to make a save. If Christopher Camilleri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Meerkats FC's Christopher Camilleri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zack Whittaker narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christopher Camilleri to make the kick off. 60 minutes into the match, Christopher Camilleri dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Zack Whittaker, 0-1. In the 63rd minute of the game, Alexander Micallef landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Meerkats FC made a substitution. Stephen Bonnici replaced Alexander Micallef. A collision led to Ampthill FC getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Brendon Allanson hit a great ball. Zack Whittaker made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Glenn Tabone sent off a good shot on target. When Meerkats FC's Christopher Camilleri in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ampthill FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 81st minute Ampthill FC were awarded a corner. Norman Capes went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Norman Capes almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Meerkats FC's Daniel Seracino Inglott did a great save. In the 88th minute of the game Gianluca Dalli made a throw-in which Carl Chircop played forward. William Wedlock's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Daniel Seracino Inglott read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play.
