Luan Custódio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Waldir Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xantalen Valencia in the 7th minute of play. If Paulo José Godoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Garcia Cerrabe was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Paulo José Godoi capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Paulo José Godoi really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paulo José Godoi got free with Garcia Cerrabe in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garcia Cerrabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luan Custódio in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th match minute, Red Reign was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saritama Durana to maneuver through the defense. In the 19th minute of the match Osvaldo da Silveira shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Garcia Cerrabe showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Garcia Cerrabe made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Paulo José Godoi sent off a good shot on target. After 27 minutes, Paulo José Godoi made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Red Reign's Garcia Cerrabe tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Xantalen Valencia notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of S.E.R Corujão's Waldir Gaúcho. Waldir Gaúcho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 41 played minutes S.E.R Corujão got a freekick which was hit by Germano Prado. With a little luck, Red Reign's Garcia Cerrabe got control of the ball when Franklin Toscano tried to sneak it across the goal line. 44 minutes into the game, Javier Barricat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Reign's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave S.E.R Corujão the free kick. Javier Barricat kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when German Vedeja made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Red Reign's goal looked a bit too open when Luan Custódio came free, but Garcia Cerrabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 62nd minute Franklin Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garcia Cerrabe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of S.E.R Corujão booed when Red Reign was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bagui Caneiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. S.E.R Corujão's Vitório Machado was substituted for Franklin Toscano. Javier Barricat might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waldir Gaúcho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Barricat ran back to his position shaking his head. 68 minutes into the match, Vitório Machado notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Red Reign's Garcia Cerrabe. Garcia Cerrabe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 71st match minute, Red Reign was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hurtado Roman to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo José Godoi in the 72nd minute of play forced Red Reign's goalkeeper Garcia Cerrabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. S.E.R Corujão fully deserved thier win.
