In the 8th minute, Peder Rolfsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wictor Dahlquist was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Victor Sundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kristian Biörling's shot from short distance in the 11th minute. Kristian Biörling kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match Charlie Mellberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wictor Dahlquist skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Hermansson in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Wictor Dahlquist saved ZigZag Athletic from getting behind. With a little luck, Fomac FK's Victor Sundström got control of the ball when Kristian Biörling tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner led ZigZag Athletic's Hjalmar Berg to a score. 1-1 in the 27th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hjalmar Berg during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hjalmar Berg hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute Peder Rolfsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Peder Rolfsson to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, ZigZag Athletic's Hjalmar Berg seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Hjalmar Berg the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ZigZag Athletic protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Hjalmar Berg had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 51st minute of the game. One of ZigZag Athletic:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fomac FK:s goal. ZigZag Athletic:s Wictor Dahlquist showed great skill when he stopped Peder Rolfsson:s penalty. The supporters of Fomac FK booed when ZigZag Athletic was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Hegg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute Peder Rolfsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Dahlquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dennis Ekström's late challenge caught a Fomac FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dennis Ekström helped the player get up and apologised. Wictor Dahlquist had in the 59thth minute some difficulties stopping Peder Rolfsson's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Kristian Biörling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Victor Sundström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Fomac FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Per-Åke Alstedt to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute ZigZag Athletic were awarded a corner. Oskar Östman went to the cornerflag to take it. Oskar Östman made a great header on ZigZag Athletic's corner, it was just that Fomac FK's Victor Sundström managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 72nd minute, Kristian Biörling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wictor Dahlquist was a little too slow when Robert Hermansson got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-2. 78 minutes into the match, Peder Rolfsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Wictor Dahlquist, 1-3. If Oskar Östman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fomac FK walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
