Amado Henrico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amado Henrico took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luís Eduardo Rossi. Luís Eduardo Rossi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Luís Eduardo Rossi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Ekialde in the 22nd minute of play. In the 24th match minute, Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adhemar Alves to maneuver through the defense. Nestor Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adhemar Alves in the 27th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 30 minutes, Luís Eduardo Rossi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Fecha Libre booed when Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Alagoano didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Fecha Libre's Amado Henrico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Luís Eduardo Rossi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fecha Libre were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Victoriano Ekialde took the corner. Fecha Libre's Victoriano Ekialde was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luís Eduardo Rossi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 38 minutes, Amado Henrico made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's Luís Eduardo Rossi tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Amado Henrico scored 4-0 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luís Eduardo Rossi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Natanael Coutinho hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Victoriano Ekialde ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Eduardo Rossi was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Edgard Sadurni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Rossi having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Victoriano Ekialde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luís Eduardo Rossi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Amado Henrico went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After having played for 74 minutes, Edgard Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fecha Libre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgard Sadurni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 76 minutes into the match, Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Amado Henrico came free, but Luís Eduardo Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nestor Vigil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Umberto Proença, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 83rd minute, Edgard Sadurni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Fecha Libre getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Gerardo Rami hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute, Amado Henrico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Claudinei Vieira hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgard Sadurni in the 97th minute of play forced Esquadrão do Guarana DMZ's goalkeeper Luís Eduardo Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fecha Libre had played much better football throughout.
