The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wara's Amar Said got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Einar Paukson's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Bendjedid Hamid firmly grabbed it by the left post. Anti Voormansik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chadli Lacarne in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Aidu Metskonna Pöörased booed when Wara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismaïl Laref didn't get a good kick on the ball. Einar Paukson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bendjedid Hamid made a huge save. 25 minutes into the game, Larbi Belkhadem cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Anti Voormansik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 31 minutes into the game, Salim Merzekane was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aidu Metskonna Pöörased the free kick. Einar Paukson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bendjedid Hamid having to interfere. After some careless play in the Aidu Metskonna Pöörased defense, Salim Merzekane kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anti Voormansik. The Aidu Metskonna Pöörased fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anti Voormansik should have stopped the shot. Mebarek Boniche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Anti Voormansik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 41st minute Larbi Belkhadem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anti Voormansik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Aidu Metskonna Pöörased booed when Wara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salim Merzekane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Mebarek Boniche made the kick off in the second half. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Anti Voormansik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Aidu Metskonna Pöörased from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Yazid Sadaoui kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Anti Voormansik. That made the score 0-6 in the 62 minute of play. Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's Anti Voormansik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Aidu Metskonna Pöörased from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mebarek Boniche got free with Anti Voormansik in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpected shot in the 73rd minute by Larbi Belkhadem got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 80 played minutes Aidu Metskonna Pöörased got a freekick which was hit by Einar Paukson. After a defensive mix-up in Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's zone, Salim Merzekane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anti Voormansik came out of the goal and Salim Merzekane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 87 minutes, Ismaïl Laref mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wara and the Aidu Metskonna Pöörased players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wara! 91 minutes into the match, Aidu Metskonna Pöörased's goalkeeper Anti Voormansik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mebarek Boniche. Salim Merzekane was shown his second yellow card after 92 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Thanks to some nice moves Mebarek Boniche could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Anti Voormansik however easily saved by the left post. Einar Paukson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bendjedid Hamid having to make a save. Einar Paukson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bendjedid Hamid having to interfere. The Aidu Metskonna Pöörased fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Wara were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
