After some careless play in the Guaratimon defense, Bo Åström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of André Luís Ramalho. The Guaratimon fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that André Luís Ramalho should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Tommy Lind's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but André Luís Ramalho was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Glemmingebro IF's Henry Haglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Coronado in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Guaratimon's goalkeeper André Luís Ramalho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stefan Myr. In the 30th minute Tommy Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Luís Ramalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 31st minute, Oséas Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jens-Ove Bergfeldt received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. André Luís Ramalho came out and tried to block the shot, but Jens-Ove Bergfeldt slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, Glemmingebro IF's Anders Kinell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. André Luís Ramalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. 42 minutes into the game, Duarte Barral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaratimon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Glemmingebro IF the free kick. A collision led to Guaratimon getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Duarte Barral hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Glemmingebro IF's Tommy Lind got a free kick in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

With an all-out effort, Guaratimon's Henry Haglund threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romeu Trigo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 58th minute, Oséas Saraiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. André Luís Ramalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stefan Myr, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 64 minutes into the match, Stefan Myr notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Guaratimon's André Luís Ramalho. André Luís Ramalho was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. André Luís Ramalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Myr in the 69th minute of the match. In the 70th match minute, Guaratimon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmo Leal to maneuver through the defense. After 76 minutes of play, Glemmingebro IF's Tommy Lind made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. André Luís Ramalho was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Kinell in the 80th minute of play forced Guaratimon's goalkeeper André Luís Ramalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duarte Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Glemmingebro IF were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Guaratimon for a fine match.
