Spectators: 165 (Terracing: 124, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Baez FC's Maurín Dagnino started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gergori Climent got free with Severino Taylor in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zunbeltz Soto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martino Goyenechea in the 20th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Baez FC got a freekick which was hit by Juan Jose Mac Kenzie. Alarico Borrás struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Severino Taylor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO. Severino Taylor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cipriano Vicente went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Zunbeltz Soto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurín Dagnino, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Severino Taylor was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Gergori Climent capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gergori Climent really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Cipriano Vicente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Severino Taylor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Maurilio Mendoza during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Baez FC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Maurilio Mendoza hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

After some careless play in the Baez FC defense, Frodo Alabern kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severino Taylor. The Baez FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severino Taylor should have stopped the shot. In the 58th minute Frodo Alabern shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Taylor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Severino Taylor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frodo Alabern's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Zunbeltz Soto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martino Goyenechea in the 68th minute of the match. When Cipriano Vicente came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Vicente couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the game, Cipriano Vicente cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Severino Taylor was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Severino Taylor came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO's Cipriano Vicente. But to his dismay, Cipriano Vicente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frodo Alabern in the 80th minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Severino Taylor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maurino Verschueren kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Alarico Borrás lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. After recieving a nice pass, Baez FC's Maurín Dagnino tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ClUb DePoRtIvO LUGO fans cheered their team off the field, for while Baez FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
