Café DE PLOEG's Youri Lefebre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Spetz in the 5th minute of play. Youri Lefebre was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Sven Söderberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sture Ström in the 11th minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Youri Lefebre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of AC Superstar booed when Café DE PLOEG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rajmond Dirckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Youri Lefebre made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Sture Ström sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Café DE PLOEG defense, Göran Ingemarsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Youri Lefebre. The Café DE PLOEG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Youri Lefebre should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Café DE PLOEG's Glen Coremans got a free kick in the 27th minute. Youri Lefebre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göran Ingemarsson in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as AC Superstar's Vidar Spetz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Youri Lefebre. That made the score 5-0 after 33 minutes of play. 37 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Youri Lefebre had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sture Ström. The audience thought a goal was coming when Göran Ingemarsson got free with Youri Lefebre in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Youri Lefebre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Spetz came free, but Youri Lefebre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Göran Ingemarsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Youri Lefebre made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidar Spetz in the 43rd minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Youri Lefebre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alexander Devriendt during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes Café DE PLOEG got a freekick which was hit by Alexander Devriendt. Youri Lefebre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Göran Ingemarsson in the 46th minute. With an all-out effort, AC Superstar's Youri Lefebre threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sven Söderberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Göran Ingemarsson to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Sture Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Youri Lefebre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 53 minutes into the game, Vidar Spetz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Youri Lefebre was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Youri Lefebre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sture Ström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Café DE PLOEG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göran Ingemarsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Göran Ingemarsson's late challenge caught a Café DE PLOEG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Göran Ingemarsson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AC Superstar's Göran Ingemarsson got a free kick in the 67th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Café DE PLOEG's goal looked a bit too open when Vidar Spetz came free, but Youri Lefebre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Youri Lefebre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sture Ström went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Youri Lefebre came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by AC Superstar's Sture Ström. But to his dismay, Sture Ström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Charles Johansson made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Boudewijn Vlimmens sent off a good shot on target. In the 79th minute Sven Söderberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Youri Lefebre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Göran Ingemarsson in the 81st minute of play forced Café DE PLOEG's goalkeeper Youri Lefebre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Sture Ström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Youri Lefebre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 84 minutes of play, AC Superstar's Vidar Spetz made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Youri Lefebre was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 87 minutes, Roland Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC Superstar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute, Sture Ström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AC Superstar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. Charles Johansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boudewijn Vlimmens in the 93rd minute of play. Charles Johansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henri Van Hespe, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. AC Superstar fully deserved thier win.
