The FC Kolos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oleg Omelchenko should have stopped the shot. Oleg Omelchenko didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Márcio Cardoso went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. A collision led to ATHLETICO PRaiano getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Carlos Eduardo Lara hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goal looked a bit too open when Jailson Cearense came free, but Oleg Omelchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Jailson Cearense got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oleg Omelchenko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jailson Cearense in the 80th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gualter Hoffmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Oleg Omelchenko was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Oleg Omelchenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualter Hoffmann in the 87th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Jailson Cearense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Oleg Omelchenko. FC Kolos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jailson Cearense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0.
