A beautiful save bye FC Kolos's goalie prevented a goal. Glen Coremans came free with the goalkeeper in the 5th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Oleg Omelchenko could save by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goal looked a bit too open when Robbin De Ruyter came free, but Oleg Omelchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Oleg Omelchenko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Boudewijn Vlimmens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 8 minute of play. The supporters of FC Kolos booed when Café DE PLOEG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rajmond Dirckx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tibaut Kuppens's late challenge caught a FC Kolos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tibaut Kuppens helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Kolos getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Danylo Semchenko hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Glen Coremans got free with Oleg Omelchenko in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the match, Robbin De Ruyter dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Oleg Omelchenko, 2-0. Glen Coremans's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oleg Omelchenko read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Glen Coremans got free with Oleg Omelchenko in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Oleg Omelchenko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boudewijn Vlimmens in the 43rd minute. If Boudewijn Vlimmens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Robbin De Ruyter to strike the kick off in the second half. Oleg Omelchenko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robbin De Ruyter, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robbin De Ruyter in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oleg Omelchenko prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Vsevolod Starostyak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Philip Van Den Eijnde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Glen Coremans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oleg Omelchenko having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, FC Kolos's goal looked a bit too open when Boudewijn Vlimmens came free, but Oleg Omelchenko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentyn Buchko's late challenge caught a Café DE PLOEG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Boudewijn Vlimmens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Café DE PLOEG fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After having played for 72 minutes, Robbin De Ruyter managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Café DE PLOEG's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robbin De Ruyter was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Robbin De Ruyter in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Oleg Omelchenko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 83 played minutes FC Kolos got a freekick which was hit by Danylo Lyubar. In the 88th match minute, Café DE PLOEG was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Glen Coremans to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rdth minute of the game Robbin De Ruyter who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Kolos's Oleg Omelchenko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oleg Omelchenko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robbin De Ruyter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Café DE PLOEG players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
