Gelu Beșliu kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Vasile Enciulescu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 11th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leonard Sliwinski. FC SZAFIRY's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Leonard Sliwinski came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Paralia Athens's Leonard Chirculescu. But to his dismay, Leonard Chirculescu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Leonard Sliwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Chirculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Leonard Chirculescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonard Sliwinski. Leonard Chirculescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Leonard Chirculescu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Leonard Sliwinski firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 25th minute, Leonard Chirculescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Paralia Athens's Stelian Todericiu got a free kick in the 28th minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Leonard Chirculescu put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Leonard Sliwinski. Ludomil Augustyniak's late challenge caught a Paralia Athens's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludomil Augustyniak helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes FC SZAFIRY got a freekick which was hit by Ludomil Augustyniak. Leonard Chirculescu was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 45th minute. Paralia Athens's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Stelian Todericiu hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulryk Arnista to make the kick off. Lucrețiu Miheș received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Leonard Sliwinski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonard Sliwinski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonard Chirculescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The supporters of Paralia Athens booed when FC SZAFIRY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcin Rekowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonard Sliwinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gelu Beșliu in the 64th minute of the match. After having played for 67 minutes, Leonard Chirculescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paralia Athens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonard Chirculescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ludomil Augustyniak kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Leonard Chirculescu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Leonard Sliwinski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 78th minute Leonard Chirculescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonard Sliwinski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonard Sliwinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Chirculescu in the 81st minute of play. If Leontin Apostu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Costel Neagoe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paralia Athens's supporters crossed their fingers, but Costel Neagoe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 89 minutes into the game, Stelian Todericiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Leonard Sliwinski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Stelian Todericiu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonard Sliwinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Chirculescu in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Paralia Athens were the better team. Paralia Athens's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
