The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ziemowit Labus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khariklo Sakellariou in the 4th minute of play. KS Zgredy's Ziemowit Labus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khariklo Sakellariou in the 6th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orthros Lalagos in the 10th minute of play forced KS Zgredy's goalkeeper Ziemowit Labus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Kolonos Petrakis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ziemowit Labus. KS Zgredy's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kolonos Petrakis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. If Oileus Antonopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 14 minutes into the game, Troizen Mavromichalis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC NATIONAL's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KS Zgredy the free kick. In the 14th match minute, FC NATIONAL was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Troizen Mavromichalis to maneuver through the defense. Ziemowit Labus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orthros Lalagos, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the game, FC NATIONAL's Kolonos Petrakis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ziemowit Labus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 23rd minute Kolonos Petrakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Labus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The KS Zgredy fans' excitement grew in the 24th match minute when KS Zgredy's Sylwester Cholewa looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Klement Brodzki during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Roch Sroka fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Zgredy's protests and gave Roch Sroka a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes, FC NATIONAL's Orthros Lalagos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ziemowit Labus came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC NATIONAL reached it. KS Zgredy's Ziemowit Labus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Khariklo Sakellariou in the 36th minute of play. Ziemowit Labus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oileus Antonopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After having played for 47 minutes, Klement Brodzki managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KS Zgredy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Klement Brodzki was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Klement Brodzki to make the kick off. When Waldemar Kopacz fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KS Zgredy's protests and gave Waldemar Kopacz a yellow card for diving instead. FC NATIONAL made a substitution. Alexandros Bouloukos replaced Nicias Spyridis. Edmund Pietrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Orthros Lalagos managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC NATIONAL's supporters rose to their feet, but Orthros Lalagos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ziemowit Labus breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to KS Zgredy getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Olgierd Rozanski hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, Kolonos Petrakis cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Ziemowit Labus was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. KS Zgredy's Ziemowit Labus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orthros Lalagos in the 69th minute of play. In the 75th minute Kolonos Petrakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ziemowit Labus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to KS Zgredy getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Klement Brodzki hit a great ball. Kolonos Petrakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Ziemowit Labus made a huge save. In the 87th match minute, KS Zgredy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roch Sroka to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, KS Zgredy's Ziemowit Labus got control of the ball when Khariklo Sakellariou tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 93rd minute, FC NATIONAL's Kolonos Petrakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4.
