The supporters of Super Penalitop booed when Club Atlético Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Indartsu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 4 minutes into the game, Jeremias Felipillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Eliseo Eufrasio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseo Eufrasio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Felipillo in the 7th minute of play. 9 minutes into the game, Super Penalitop's Santiago Ixona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseo Eufrasio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 11th minute Santiago Ixona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseo Eufrasio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Intxixu hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, one of Club Atlético Magallanes:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Club Atlético Magallanes. In the 15th minute there was a penalty for Super Penalitop. Teo Gabon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Eliseo Eufrasio. 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Magallanes's zone, Laureano Ramond stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Eufrasio came out of the goal and Laureano Ramond tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Fernan Bonifaco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Magallanes's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Bonifaco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Quilino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 22 minutes, Flavio Merexildo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atlético Magallanes and the Super Penalitop players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 24 minutes, Laureano Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Super Penalitop's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laureano Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Club Atlético Magallanes getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Abelardo Intxixu hit a great ball. Bruno Quilino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Indartsu in the 28th minute of the match. Super Penalitop's Teo Gabon got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the game, Super Penalitop's Laureano Ramond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseo Eufrasio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Hermengildo Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Eliseo Eufrasio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Ramond, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

The wind increased when Laureano Ramond made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laureano Ramond got free with Eliseo Eufrasio in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laureano Ramond in the 58th minute of play forced Club Atlético Magallanes's goalkeeper Eliseo Eufrasio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético Magallanes's Americo Berdaitz got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bruno Quilino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Americo Berdaitz in the 64th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Berdaitz in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Quilino saved Super Penalitop from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Laureano Ramond took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Eliseo Eufrasio to make any attempt to save it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Erasmo Indartsu in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bruno Quilino saved Super Penalitop from getting behind. Santiago Ixona charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Ixona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santiago Ixona hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Laureano Ramond came free, but Eliseo Eufrasio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernan Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Super Penalitop had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
