After 9 played minutes Leon Sport Club got a freekick which was hit by Angelo Barros. Camilo Dalmu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Humberto Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Miguel Borja got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Florentino Celipe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save C.U.E. DE COMERCIO from getting a goal against them. After 25 minutes, Miguel Borja mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.U.E. DE COMERCIO and the Leon Sport Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Borja kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Camilo Dalmu took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Senna. Humberto Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Humberto Senna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Borja, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Leon Sport Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Diego Dunixi took the corner. After taking down the ball on C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's corner Diego Dunixi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Humberto Senna quite easily take care of the ball. Camilo Dalmu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Humberto Senna having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Camilo Dalmu to strike the kick off in the second half. Cauan Garcia hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute, Miguel Borja got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Camilo Dalmu took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Senna. Humberto Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Camilo Dalmu got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Borja took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Humberto Senna. Humberto Senna dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Miguel Borja got his second yellow card in the match during the 66th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 67th match minute, C.U.E. DE COMERCIO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Borja to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Camilo Dalmu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Senna. Leon Sport Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Camilo Dalmu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. The throw-in from Sydney Arruda in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's Roque Bermudez. When Sydney Arruda fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon Sport Club's protests and gave Sydney Arruda a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Leon Sport Club getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Sydney Arruda hit a great ball. Leon Sport Club's Humberto Senna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Leon Sport Club from getting a goal against them. Humberto Senna made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Camilo Dalmu sent off a good shot on target. C.U.E. DE COMERCIO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
